What Monthly EDC costs
On October 7, 2026, the Monthly EDC product pages charged $35 a month for Starter, $69 for Advanced, $129 for Premium and $199 for Ultimate. The brand's homepage and Subscribe page list lower prices for the top three tiers ($65, $115 and $189), so check the price in your cart before you pay. Every tier is a single monthly subscription with no prepay option and no built-in subscribe discount.
Shipping and handling is added on top of every tier and is calculated at checkout. There is no first-box intro price on the brand's site, so the price you see is the price that renews each month.
How to claim a Monthly EDC offer
You must be 18 or older to buy a Monthly EDC box. The brand site does not publish a promo code, so confirm the price and any discount in the cart before checking out.
Timing matters. Orders placed by 5:00 PM Central on the 9th ship that month, between the 15th and 25th. Later orders ship the following month. Plans renew on the 1st of each month. To cancel, log in to your account or email the team. The terms say a cancellation request must arrive at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Monthly EDC does not accept returns or exchanges, though it says it will replace, exchange or refund a defective item.
When Monthly EDC runs its best deals
Monthly EDC's own site does not advertise sales, seasonal promotions or a standing first-box discount. Its pages show only the four regular monthly prices, so any discount comes from an affiliate or partner offer rather than the brand's homepage.
Is Monthly EDC worth it?
Monthly EDC suits knife and gear collectors who are happy to let someone else choose and who want a steady stream of folders from brands like Kubey, Kansept and Maxpedition. The past-box page is detailed, so you can see exactly what earlier months contained before you subscribe. The higher tiers lean hardest on knives, and the Ultimate box is built around a knife the brand values at close to the box price.
It is a poor fit if you want to choose items, need to return things you do not like, or already own plenty of knives. There are no returns on non-defective items, shipping is extra every month, and the price shown on the homepage did not match the product page price for three of four tiers when we checked.

Monthly EDC is a monthly subscription box of everyday-carry, outdoor and survival gear. You pick one of four tiers (Starter, Advanced, Premium or Ultimate) and the team chooses the items.
